Hey Angel, I’m Ella-Mae also known as Coach Ella. I am an online transformation coach and have helped transform hundreds of physiques across the globe. I am a qualified personal trainer with a BSc in Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences and former gymnastics and cheerleading coach. My mission in life is to help as many people as possible discover their passion for fitness, fall in love with the skin they are in, and become the very best version of themselves.
